Job Description
- Project Leadership: Lead network-related projects including design upgrades and troubleshooting initiatives
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate technical staff across multiple technology domains
- Network Architecture: Oversee design and implementation of enterprise network solutions
- Protocol Management: Ensure proper implementation and troubleshooting of TCP/IP OSPF BGP and MPLS protocols
- Stakeholder Communication: Interface with government clients and provide technical leadership
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet IRS standards and requirements
- Resource Planning: Manage project resources timelines and budgets effectively
- Minimum: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Network Engineering or related field
- Preferred: Masters degree in relevant technical discipline
- Current CISCO Certified Network Professional (CCNP) OR
- Current CISCO Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE)
- Certifications must be current and maintained throughout contract performance
- Minimum: 7 years of experience in network engineering design and implementation
- Enterprise Networks: Demonstrated experience with enterprise-level networks including:
- Data centers
- Cloud infrastructure
- Large-scale WAN/LAN setups

- Protocol Expertise: Proven experience managing and troubleshooting:
- TCP/IP
- OSPF
- BGP
- MPLS

- Project Management: Experience leading or working on network-related projects
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Experience with government contracting and compliance requirements
- Cloud platform certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- ITIL certification
