Job Description
- Advanced Troubleshooting: Resolve complex network issues independently
- Network Implementation: Assist with network design and implementation projects
- Configuration Management: Configure and maintain network devices
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve network performance issues
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation
- Mentoring: Provide guidance to junior staff members
- Project Support: Support senior engineers on major projects
- Minimum: Associates degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Preferred: Bachelors degree in technical discipline
- Network (CompTIA) OR CCNA (minimum requirement)
- Preferred Additional Certifications:
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Google Professional Cloud Architect

- Minimum: 3-5 years of experience in network support and implementation
- Public/Private/Hybrid: Proven experience supporting systems across multiple environment types
- Network Technologies: Strong understanding of:
- Routing and switching
- Network security principles
- Cloud networking concepts
- Virtualization technologies

- Experience with automation tools
- Scripting capabilities (Python PowerShell etc.)
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Experience with monitoring and management tools
