Job Description
Role : Program Manager PLM
Location : LA CA onsite
Client : Mattle

Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership:
Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver programs on time and within budget.
Develop and refine program strategies and objectives.
Ensure alignment on strategic goals and objectives.
Manage and oversee various cross-functional programs ensuring successful delivery.
Product Lifecycle Management:
Manage the entire product development lifecycle from design and specifications to sourcing and costing through the supply chain to sustainability.
Ensure compliance with contracts develop customer relationships and coordinate actions for quality and materials.
Monitor and track relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
Communication and Collaboration:
Act as a primary communication channel with customers and stakeholders.
Effectively communicate technical concepts budget and schedule issues to clients and team members.
Foster customer relationships through active listening and advocacy.
Technical Expertise:
Possess a strong understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) principles and Windchill/FlexPLM software.
Understand Retail manufacturing processes and design for Retail CPG principles.
Be able to simplify complex systems and manage interdisciplinary trade-offs.
Experience in driving PLM Transformation and Implementation programs
Strong expertise in Retail domain
Experienced in PTC Windchill FlexPLM Thingworx
Planning and defining the scope of the program and its individual projects
Developing detailed project plans and tracking progress
Coordinating internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
Managing and mitigating risks to ensure on-time within scope and within budget delivery
Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
KPI tracking
