Specific Job Summary
Primary Objective:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Agile Project/Program Manager to lead and drive complex cross-functional programs and projects spanning application development IT infrastructure and other business-critical initiatives. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies demonstrating the ability to navigate hybrid environments and ensure successful delivery with high-quality business outcomes. The PM will be responsible for strategic planning governance risk management stakeholder communication and execution oversight while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Programs may span multiple projects and multiple GT (Global Technology) disciplines and are often dependent on internal and third-party resources to meet the business objective.
Specific Expected Contributions (including duties and responsibilities)
Key Accountabilities:
- Works with Global Technology leadership and the business to secure funding of projects related to the program manages key stakeholder expectations.
- Manages vendor(s) contracts within context of program and project responsibilities reporting on issues risks and mitigation plans.
- Provides status and financial reporting at the program level to executive management making recommendations relative to risk mitigation issue resolution and corrective actions.
- Follows approval process and approved funding guidelines/gates for new projects and business cases and validates business cases.
- Develops in collaboration with stakeholders metrics for program performance and benefits and provides support to financial management on those measurements.
- Provides project forecasting for assigned projects; this includes consolidation of any third-party forecasts and actual spending.
- Resolves business process conflicts business integration issues and resource conflicts recommending mitigating strategies.
- Establishes communications processes to keep stakeholders and team members informed.
- Ensures project progress to schedule and budget.
- Manages program to enable realization of benefits as described in the program charter.
- Works with GT (Global Technology) and business leaders to facilitate resource planning and capacity management.
- Implements change control to manage program scope and costs.
Major Decision-Making Impact:
- Requires building effective working relationships with the senior financial management personnel and other sponsoring executive management to ensure understanding and support for program initiatives.

- Strong Communication Negotiation Leadership and Presentation Skills
- Large Project/Program Management and multi-year enterprise-wide programs
- Firsthand experience working as Technology project manager as well as scrum master.
- Resource Planning and Capacity Management
- Vendor Management
- Project Capitalization and Project Accounting
- Experience with both; Agile Project Management Methodology and Waterfall Project Management
- Experience with ITIL DevOps and Agile-at-scale frameworks such as SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
- Financial Accountability
- Change Management
- Proficiency and firsthand experience in Project Management tools including MS Project Microsoft Project Online (Project Web App) JIRA Confluence Asana or other tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Experience with vendor and contract management for large-scale IT programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Program Manager managing both Agile and Waterfall projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies (e.g. Scrum Kanban).
- Proficiency in Waterfall project management techniques.
- Excellent leadership communication and people skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- SAFe Agilist (SA)
