Role Overview:
As an AI Agent Developer / AI Specialist you will be responsible for evaluating implementing and promoting AI-powered development tools and agent development within the will driveAI integration into software development workflows ensuring thatAI assists incode generation testing and deployment. Additionally you will provide technical leadership toengineering teams helping them leverageAI for improved productivity and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
AI-Driven Development Enablement
- AIagent development.
- Research and evaluate AI-powered development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot Cursor Windsurf Tabnine) to enhance engineering productivity.
- Implement AI solutions to optimize coding code reviews automated testing and CI/CD workflows.
- Develop best practices for AI adoption in software engineering and ensure their implementation across teams.
- Collaborate with DevOps QA and architecture teams to streamline AI-assisted development pipelines.
Technical Leadership & .NET Development:
- Lead the adoption of AI-driven methodologies within.NET (C#) and full-stack developmentenvironments.
- Architect develop and maintain scalable high-performance applications utilizing frameworks.
- Ensure best coding practices performance optimization and security standards.
- Guide teams in refactoring and modernizing applications using AI-powered tools.
Training & Advocacy:
- Educate engineering teams on AI-assisted development practices through training sessions workshops and documentation.
- Serve as the AI tools evangelist demonstrating their benefits and driving company-wide adoption.
- Establish internal AI-driven engineering guidelines and strategies for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- 5years ofexperience insoftware development with expertise inPython LangGraph Pydantic AI MCP servers and agent development.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning.
- Strong understanding of software architecture design patterns and modern development best practices.
- Experience implementing AI-powered development tools and integrating them into software engineering workflows.
- Proven ability to lead engineering teams mentor developers and drive technological change.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset for process improvement.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to advocate for AI adoption across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with LLM-based development tools and AI-assisted DevOps practices.
- Background in machine learning engineering or AI-driven software development.
- Familiarity with AI-based testing frameworks and intelligent debugging tools.
