Client > Management Consulting Company

Ideal Candidate > The Client is seeking a highly capable MANAGER with experience in in business process management operations or transformation consulting. The role requires strong capacity of ensuring alignment with the Target Operating Model (TOM) and enabling scalable efficient service delivery.

Tasks > 1) Lead Functional Process Mapping >Plan coordinate and execute workshops and interviews with stakeholders across five departments (Tenant Attraction Development Zone Operations Human Capital HSE) to document 335 end-to-end processes. 2) Design & Standardise Process Artefacts > Develop high-quality process maps and process cards using agreed templates capturing inputs outputs roles tools systems and KPIs in line with international best practices. 3) Facilitate Stakeholder Validation >Engage with functional leads and process owners to iterate and validate process documentation ensuring accuracy usability and buy-in for implementation. 4) Align with Target Operating Model (TOM) >Ensure all documented processes reflect the design principles and capabilities outlined in the TOM including accountabilities handoffs and reporting linkages. 5) Support Knowledge Transfer & Sustainability >Lead structured handover and training for internal teams embedding process documentation into knowledge systems and enabling long-term ownership and continuous improvement.

Requirements > 1) Manager / Senior Manager. Experience> 7–15 years in business process management operations or transformation consulting 2) Experience in one or more of transportation logistics free zones public sector operations 3) Business process mapping using BPMN 2.0 or equivalent methodologies; 4) Proficiency with process mapping tools; 5) Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills; 6) Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methods; Preferred> KSA/GCC government or semi-government environments knowledge resident in KSA appreciated
