Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join our team at Al-Kharj (Industrial Area). The ideal candidate will bring 8 to 14 years of progressive HR experience preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup and will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations including talent acquisition employee relations compliance HR policy implementation and strategic HR initiatives. Experience Levels & Corresponding Titles: 8 10 years Assistant Manager HR 10 12 years Deputy Manager HR 13 14 years Manager HR Key Responsibilities: HR Operations & Administration: Manage day-to-day HR operations at the plant/site level. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data is up to date in HRIS systems. Handle joining formalities documentation and exit management. Recruitment & Onboarding: Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and source candidates accordingly. Drive recruitment activities for blue-collar and white-collar positions. Coordinate onboarding induction programs and training for new employees. Employee Relations & Engagement: Act as a point of contact for all employee queries and grievances at the plant. Ensure effective communication of company policies and HR initiatives to employees. Organize employee welfare and engagement activities. Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and local statutory regulations. Assist in audits and ensure documentation and processes are in line with company and legal standards. Help implement HR policies and ensure adherence at site level. Performance & Talent Management: HR Reporting & Analytics: Support annual appraisal cycles and performance management processes. Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives. Collaborate with leadership on employee development and retention plans. Prepare monthly HR dashboards and reports for management. Track and analyze key HR metrics related to turnover attendance and performance. Key Requirements: Experience: 8 14 years of relevant HR experience preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Education: Bachelors or Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field. Location Preference: Candidates born and brought up in Saudi Arabia or with long-term experience in the region will be highly preferred. Language: Proficiency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an added advantage. Mobility: Willingness to work from Al-Kharj Industrial Area (20 25 km from Riyadh city). Key Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good understanding of Saudi labor laws and local HR practices. Ability to work independently and handle a multi-cultural workforce. Experience in handling blue-collar and shop-floor employees is a plus.
