Our Information Technology team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati City with the role of Data Architecture Head.
In this role you will lead the strategic development and governance of enterprise data architecture driving the banks transformation into a data-driven organization that enables secure interoperable and analytics-ready data for innovation compliance and operational excellence.

What the role will entail
- Define and lead the enterprise data architecture strategy and roadmap to support digital transformation analytics and regulatory compliance
- Design scalable data platforms pipelines and integration frameworks across cloud and on-prem environments
- Implement governance frameworks and ensure alignment with BSP regulations data privacy laws and global reporting requirements
- Collaborate with business risk compliance and IT teams to enable data-driven initiatives such as Open Finance and omnichannel customer experiences
- Lead and develop a high-performing data architecture team promoting best practices and delivery excellence
- Evaluate emerging data technologies and drive innovation through POCs and strategic platform enhancements
What were looking for
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems or any related field
- Over 10 years experience leading enterprise data architecture or engineering initiatives ideally within banking or financial services
- Expertise in data modeling cloud-native platforms (Azure AWS GCP) integration frameworks and modern data processing technologies (Kafka Spark)
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks including BSP guidelines global data privacy laws and financial compliance reporting
- Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment across business and technology domains
- Strategic mindset with a passion for building data-centric cultures and navigating agile environments in mid-sized financial institutions
