- Full-time Remote work with overlap during Central Time Zone business hours (morning to early afternoon)

Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee a lower-level bookkeeper
- Generate and analyse financial reports including AR aging reports and receivables
- Develop implement and maintain financial data bases computer software systems and manual filing systems.
- Monitor and analyse company spending habits and financial data
- Handle invoicing processes and accounts receivable management
- Provide larger financial oversight and strategic guidance
- Work with automated accounting systems and financial software
- Liaise with external auditors tax agents and regulatory bodies ensuring all required documentation is available and compliant.
- Stay updated with the latest financial and tax regulations and ensure the companys financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of progressive accounting experience with demonstrated expertise in financial analysis and reporting
- Proven experience working with US-based companies and comprehensive knowledge of US accounting laws and regulations
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Concur expense management software and
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with automated accounting systems and financial technology
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and direct junior accounting staff effectively
- Availability to work during Central Time Zone business hours with overlap from morning to early afternoon
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote work environment
