As a Market Research Analyst youll convert complex data into strategic insights that drive our business forward. Analyze residential market trends produce investor-grade research and equip our teams with tools for smarter decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Track and interpret housing trends macroeconomic shifts and policy impacts to identify acquisition opportunities.
Model supply/demand dynamics and assess project viability to guide developer partnerships.
Craft compelling reports dashboards and presentations using visualization tools (charts infographics calculators).
Develop market leading resources (eBooks blogs guides) that position St Trinity as an industry authority.
Partner with research sales and marketing teams to align insights with business objectives.
Enhance our data frameworks and visualization methodologies to elevate stakeholder decision making.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
2 3 years in market/economic research (real estate preferred) with expertise in trend analysis and forecasting.
Ability to distill complex data into clear actionable narratives for diverse audiences.
Advanced Excel/Sheets Google Slides and familiarity with BI tools (Tableau Power BI) or statistical software (R Stata).
Strong grasp of Australian housing dynamics supported by experience with CoreLogic ABS or SQM Research datasets.
A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments balancing precision with strategic thinking.
Qualifications:
Degree in Economics Finance Data Analytics Business or a related field.
Portfolio demonstrating analytical rigor and visual storytelling (e.g. sample reports dashboards).
