Job Description

Job Summary:

The Sales Support / Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team with administrative and operational tasks. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations by managing documentation coordinating proposals and providing administrative support to the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented organized and proactive in helping the team maintain efficiency and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities:

Sales Administration
  • Edit format and maintain sales documents presentations and templates.
  • Prepare send and track proposals agreements and other sales-related documents for e-signature.
  • Correct and update existing sales documentation as requested.
Lead Generation
  • Researches and targets good prospects or potential clients using a variety of sales or online tools & techniques. (ZoomInfo Hubspot Web Crawling LinkedIn)
  • Generates leads to obtain key information from targeted prospects to meet the qualified lead criteria
  • Gain an understanding of the industry challenges faced and evolution of the market from talent and sales perspectives
  • Scrubs and validates prospect information in the internal database or open sources
  • Provide administrative support to the SDR team assisting with other lead generation-related requests such as:
    • Assigning or updating new email addresses.
    • Coordinating new contact numbers or points of contact.
    • Handling requests for updates to lead information or records in the CRM.
Process and Documents Management
  • Maintain an organized digital repository of proposals contracts and client-facing sales materials.
  • Ensure proper documentation and follow-up of all sent proposals and contracts.


Requirements

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of sales administration/sales support/lead generation experience with a proven track record of reliability and success.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM usage and practices. Knowledgeable in Hubspot ZoomInfo LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales-related tools.
  • Experience generating leads for offshoring businesses is preferred.
  • The following experience will be highly regarded:
    • Has a solid history of protecting data lead generation and data mining
    • Can generate and analyze reports from various data sources
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread and edit documents.
  • Proactive self-starter and can work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
  • A team player with strong social skills and demonstrates strong organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to quickly grasp complex issues.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English business communication skills.
Additional Job Details:

Set-up and Location: Onsite (Ortigas Pasig City)
Work Schedule: 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM (PH Time)
Employment Type: Full-time
