Job Description
Location: Amsterdam Netherlands
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Onsite Requirement: 34 days/week

Job Description:
Were hiring two experienced PEGA professionals for 6-month contracts in Amsterdam. One must be Dutch-speaking while the second role is open to fluent English speakers. You may apply for either the Lead System Architect (LSA) or Lead Business Architect (LBA) position.
Youll work on large-scale Pega implementations collaborating with cross-functional teams to design scalable business processes and technical architectures using the latest Pega platform.
Open Roles:
1. PEGA LBA (Lead Business Architect)
Focus: Business Process Design & Stakeholder Alignment
Bridge business and IT as Scrum Master
Design workflows rules and decision logic in Pega
Translate business goals into scalable Pega applications
Conduct UAT testing and lead requirement workshops
PCBA certification required
2. PEGA LSA (Lead System Architect)
Focus: Technical Architecture & CoE Enablement
Architect Pega solutions aligned with enterprise goals
Establish and lead PEGA Center of Excellence (CoE)
Drive technical governance and best practices adoption
Mentor Pega teams conduct platform assessments
LSA certification required
Required Skills:
810 years of Pega implementation experience
Certified PCBA (for LBA) or Certified LSA (for LSA)
Hands-on with:
Pega PRPC Case Management Decisioning Infinity
Business process modeling or technical architecture
Agile/Scrum experience
Bachelors or Masters in relevant field
Language Requirement:
Role 1 Fluent Dutch (interviews in Dutch)
Role 2 Fluent English (interviews in English)
