Job Description
SENIOR RESEARCHER/ ASST MANAGER
Job Description :
- Responsible in research and product development.
- To serve customer requirement and problem solving.
- Assist in problem troubleshooting related to process or product quality and application.
- Assist to provide technical support to customers. Interface with customers on technical assistance issues as required.
- Assist in finished product and raw material quality control of the company.
- Ensure safety procedures to be always followed.
- Maintain comfortable and pleasant working condition through good house keeping practice.
- Undertake projects from time to time.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by superior.
Job Requirements :
- Candidate to possess minimum PhD Master or Bachelor Degree in Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering/ Polymer Engineering or related field.
- Possess working experience in glove manufacturing R&D especially examination and surgical glove experience will be added advantage.
- Possesses positive and open work attitude.
- Demonstrate creativity and ingenuity in R&D and troubleshooting.
- Strong ability to work independently to perform R&D and other lab activities.
