Role: Content Development
Location- Gurugoan
Experience- 8 years
Np- 30 days
Ctc- Upto 17LPA
Shift- 24/7
Key Skills and knowledge:
5 years of experience in developing and quality checking training materials for e-learning platforms classroom training and blended learning environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor s degree in education Instructional Design etc. or certifications in instructional design (e.g. ATD Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) or e-learning
development (e.g. Articulate Adobe Captivate).
Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline Adobe Captivate etc. e-learning development platforms to create interactive learning experiences.
Working knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite Vyond Canva) to integrate high-quality visuals.
Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Understanding of SCORM AICC and xAPI standards for e-learning content.
Basic understanding of HTML5/CSS will be beneficial
