They are responsible for ensuring the product meets buyer specifications managing timelines coordinating production and handling all necessary documentation and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Management:
Managing the entire order lifecycle from initial inquiry to final shipment including sampling costing and production coordination.
Communication:
Acting as the primary point of contact between buyers and the production team ensuring clear and consistent communication regarding product development timelines and quality.
Production Coordination:
Working closely with various departments (e.g. production quality control fabric sourcing) to ensure smooth production flow and adherence to agreed timelines.
Documentation:
Preparing and managing all necessary export documentation including invoices packing lists and shipping documents.
Quality Control:
Ensuring products meet quality standards and specifications through regular quality checks and communication with the quality control team.
Logistics:
Coordinating with freight forwarders and shipping companies to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
Compliance:
Staying up-to-date with export regulations and trade policies to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers suppliers and other stakeholders.
Market Knowledge:
