Job Title: Waiter/ steward & Continental chef
Location: Bhubaneswar
Experience Required: 2 years in F&B or QSR operations
Education: Graduate (Hospitality or Management preferred)
Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the caf ensuring smooth functioning
Manage and train caf staff for efficiency and customer service excellence
Monitor inventory place orders and ensure minimal wastage
Handle customer complaints and ensure high guest satisfaction
Ensure hygiene food safety and quality control standards are met
Achieve sales targets and manage cost control
Prepare daily/weekly sales and operational reports
Coordinate with central teams for audits promotions and compliance
Key Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of caf operations POS systems and inventory management
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Customer-focused mindset
