About the Role
As Deputy Shop Manager youll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of a busy friendly and well-established shop alongside our Shop Manager. Youll help lead a committed team of staff and volunteers to deliver great customer experiences maintain strong stock flow and achieve sales targets all while supporting our vital work in the community.
