Job Description

What you ll be doing:
Managing a portfolio of clients across a range of sectors building strong relationships and becoming their trusted advisor
Reviewing and overseeing the preparation of statutory accounts management accounts VAT returns and corporation tax
Leading and developing a small team of juniors and seniors offering support training and guidance
Getting involved in process improvement workflow planning and supporting the partners in the day-to-day running of the team
Handling more complex queries and being the go-to for clients when they need clear commercially-minded advice
Requirements
What we re looking for:
ACA or ACCA qualified with strong post-qualification experience in practice. It is essential that you have been managing a portfolio of ltd companies with turnovers over 1 million as a minimum
A confident manager of both clients and team members
Someone who s proactive organised and comfortable juggling a few things at once
A natural relationship builder who enjoys working with owner-managed businesses
Comfortable with cloud-based systems like Xero QuickBooks and associated apps
