Senior Stakeholder Relations Specialist, Self-Directed Services

This role is within Fellos Self-Directed Services department where we contract with the Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) as a Financial Management and Counseling Services (FMCS) this Medicaid program participants are the Employer of Record and hire their own workers and choose their services while Fello handles all administrative tasks including payroll and bill payment.

TheSenior Stakeholder Relations Specialistprovides administrative and customer service support focused on escalated participant or their team members inquiries related to Accounts Payable Payroll and Financial Reporting Senior Stakeholder Relations Specialist will collaborate across the team to promote the most efficient and effective resolution strategies across all Self-Directed Services processes. This position will be cross trained in all Self-Directed Services processes.

The ideal candidatebringsa strong foundationin customer service and financial operations including hands-on experience in accounts payable and financial reporting. They are detail-oriented organized andconfidentmanaging complex inquiries whilemaintaininga professional and empathetic approach. The ability to communicate clearlyespecially in challenging or escalated situationsis essential. This candidate is flexiblesolutions-driven and comfortable working independently while collaborating across multiple teams to ensure high-qualitytimelysupport to stakeholders. A willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment andproficiencywith Microsoft Office Suite and financial platforms like Paycom key.

This position requiresa high school diploma or GED with a bachelors degree in a related field preferred. A minimum of three years of experience in customer service for finance-related topics including financial reporting and accounts payable isrequired.
