Job Description
Location: Remote (Monthly Onsite in Harrisburg PA)
Type: Contract Full-Time (Monday Friday)
Duration: 12 Months
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ECM implementation across DHS program areas including CMS OMAP OCYF OMHSAS OLTL OCDEL and more.
- Define onboarding strategies and ensure smooth transitions from legacy systems.
- Collaborate with DHS leadership PMO and federal partners on governance planning and reporting.
- Serve as SME for case management business processes and system integration.
- Manage project risks timelines scope and stakeholder communication.
Requirements:
- 7 9 years of experience managing complex enterprise IT projects.
- Strong leadership communication negotiation and organizational skills.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise systems and government compliance standards.
- Experience in case management ECM platforms or similar public sector systems.
- PMP Certification preferred.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent technical experience preferred.
- Experience with PA DHS or similar state/federal agencies is a plus.
Compliance & Work Details:
- Criminal background check & PSP PATCH report required.
- DHS provides all equipment & VPN access.
- Primarily remote; on-site work required first Wednesday of each month in Harrisburg PA.
