Scrum Master / Business Analyst
Primary Skills (Must-Have):
Scrum Master Expertise (Scrum/Agile Ceremonies Facilitation)
Business Analysis (Requirement Gathering User Stories BRD/FSD)
Stakeholder Management (Product Owners Developers QA teams)
Backlog Grooming & Prioritization
Impediment & Risk Management
Secondary Skills (Good-to-Have):
Knowledge of Agile Tools (JIRA Confluence Rally)
Data Analysis / Reporting Skills (Basic SQL/Excel for BA tasks)
Exposure to Agile Metrics (Velocity Burndown Cumulative Flow)
Understanding of UI/UX wireframes & process flows
Experience in conducting UAT & Client Demos
Roles & Responsibilities:
Act as a Scrum Master to drive Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups Sprint Planning Reviews Retrospectives).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit analyze and document requirements.
Manage and refine the Product Backlog ensuring alignment with business goals.
Identify and resolve team impediments risks and dependencies.
Maintain Agile metrics to provide transparency on team performance.
Facilitate communication between development teams and business stakeholders.
Support QA teams during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.

Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and dynamic priorities.
Excellent Documentation & Presentation skills.
