Ruby on Rails Developer

Position: Ruby on Rails Developer
Location: Austin TX/ Sunnyvale TX. The ideal candidate should possess strong front-end development skills in addition to their back-end expertise. They should also be able to work semi-independently taking on the primary developer role for this project.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain robust scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
Write clean maintainable and efficient code following best practices.
Integrate data storage solutions like PostgreSQL MySQL etc.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Ruby on Rails Developer.
Strong proficiency in Ruby Rails framework and related technologies.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript HTML CSS and frameworks like React or Angular is a plus.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs Git and Agile development methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
