Job Description
Sales Trainee Northeast
Location: Northeast Region
Pay: $55000/year to start.
Travel: 80%
What Youll Do:
- Travel through an assigned area to call on and develop relationships with regular and potential distribution customers municipalities engineers etc.
- Set up product presentations through cold calling phone calls and through existing distribution.
- Prepare price quotations for customers as they pertain to job specifications and product availability.
- Identifies and works with other team members to resolve customer issues involving product deliveries and/or service.
- Be involved in the industry associations and attend trade shows affiliated with the plumbing industry.
- Work in a team atmosphere to help develop a stronger company image through personal development and business development industry ads as well as other media.
Note: Training period to last about 6-months.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Northeast Territory.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region and nationally.
- Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Team-oriented with multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with AX Dynamics 2012 is a plus.
- Basic accounting and financial knowledge.
- Plumbing industry experience is highly desirable.
