Job Title: Product Development & Ecomm Support Coordinator

Position Location: Eden NC Position REQUIRES in-office work at minimum 3 days a week with hybrid remote availability for the remaining work schedule.

About the Role

Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented entry-level Product Development & Ecommerce Support Coordinator.

In the Product Development role you will assist in managing timelines tracking project milestones and ensuring cross-functional alignment from concept to launch. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in product development and project management within a collaborative environment.

In the ecommerce support role you will support our online product catalog within Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC). Youll assist in managing product listings ensuring accurate data and supporting product launches and promotions. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow their career in ecommerce and gain hands-on experience with a leading digital commerce platform.

Training and mentorship will be provided to help you succeed and grow in this role.

Key Responsibilities for Product Development:

  • Support the end-to-end product development process by coordinating tasks timelines and deliverables.
  • Schedule and facilitate cross-functional meetings take notes and follow up on action items.
  • Collaborate with teams across design sourcing marketing and operations to keep projects on track.
  • Help prepare project status reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks or delays to the Product Development Director.
  • Ensure all product data and documentation are organized and up to date in project management tools.
  • Maintain Product Knowledge File quarterly to ensure accuracy of information for all employees (ie. AE University).

Key Responsibilities Ecommerce Support:

  • Assist in creating and updating product listings in Salesforce Commerce Cloud ensuring product data (titles descriptions pricing images) is accurate and aligned with brand standards.
  • Support marketing with product setup for campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitor product pages for errors or inconsistencies and help resolve issues.
  • Learn and apply SEO best practices to product content.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving product presentation and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word)

Preferred (but not required):

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Ecommerce Communications Project Management or a related field (or equivalent experience in lieu of degree).
  • Internship or coursework related to experience in product development operations project coordination or marketing.
  • Familiarity with Excel Google Analytics or basic HTML/CSS.
  • Exposure to Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of Gantt charts timelines or workflow diagrams.

Work Environment

This job is indoors in a traditional manufacturing/warehouse setting. Activities are primarily done while standing.
