Description:
SerraCDJR Lake Orion is seeking an energetic hard-working & detail oriented team player to join our friendly and fast paced dealership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and professionally
- Process customer payments for service parts and vehicle sales
- Handle cash credit and check transactions accurately
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily receipts
- Answer phone calls and assist with basic customer inquiries
- Support other administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- Afternoon and weekend (Saturday) availability
- Positive attitude
- Professional phone & face to face etiquette
- Ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail
