**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers identifying their needs and recommending products or services that best fit those needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a strong sales acumen and a customer-focused approach.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Engage with potential and current customers to understand their needs and preferences.
2. Recommend products or services to customers based on their requirements.
3. Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
4. Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services offered.
5. Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale.
6. Keep accurate records of sales and customer information.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve organizational goals.
**Qualifications:**
1. Proven experience in sales preferably in a consultative selling role.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3. Customer-centric approach with a focus on providing the best solutions.
4. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
6. Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
