- Employment Type: Full Time (35 hours per week)
- Duration: Continuing
- Remuneration: Level 8/9 $127351 - $152537 (depending on experience) 17% super leave loading
- Location: Kensington NSW (hybrid)

We are hiring a Development Manager to support the growth of UNSWs fundraising program. This is a great opportunity drive significant social impact in areas such as human rights education First Nations priorities and entrepreneurship. Reporting to the Head of Development you will build and manage a personal portfolio of around 100 major gifts prospects to raise funds in partnership with the Faculties of Art Design & Architecture Law & Justice and the School of Business.
You will be joining an established fundraising team passionate about working with others to make a difference. While this role currently has no direct reports you will also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in major giving fundraising and securing high net worth gifts
- Significant relationship management and high interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to navigate complexity with integrity professionalism and sound judgment.
- A passion for fundraising and making a difference
- Resilient confident collaborative and proactive with high emotional intelligence
- Experience writing proposals and achieving targets
- An engaging storyteller through various channels
