- Proven experience leading construction crews in residential and/or commercial repair and rebuild projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods building codes safety regulations and quality standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines budgets and quality expectations.
- Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints project plans and scopes of work.
- Demonstrated ability to lead motivate and develop team members to perform at a high level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with clients subcontractors and internal teams.
- Commitment to safety practices and ensuring a safe job site for all personnel.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights weekends and overtime as needed.
