We are currently seeking a Marketing Associate to join our team in Austin TX. The ideal candidate will assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns conducting market research and supporting brand initiatives. Responsibilities
Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
Support content creation for print digital and promotional materials
Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance
Coordinate with the design and sales teams to ensure brand consistency
Organize and participate in promotional activities and industry events
Maintain and update internal marketing databases and assets
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field
1-3 years of experience in a marketing role (real estate industry experience is a plus)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools
Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
Analytical mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving
Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow within the organization
