Responsibilities
Participate in a comprehensive training program focused on operations sales and team leadership
Support department managers in daily operations and special projects
Learn to lead motivate and supervise teams to meet performance goals
Monitor key business metrics and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
Assist in implementing strategic plans and initiatives
Attend leadership workshops and development sessions
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
Qualifications :
