About the Inside Sales Representative - ExxonMobil:

MarketStaris seeking an Inside Sales Representativein our Ogden UT office. Thispositionwill report to the Sales Manager overthe Industrial National Accountsteam. As an integral part of our teamtheIndustrial LubricantsISRis a key positionin driving new growth withinexisting accounts in Industrial sectors such asGeneral ManufacturingPulp & PaperMiningConstructionandPower Generation.

Location:Ogden UT - Hybrid

What Will You Do

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue and customer satisfactionacross a set ofNationalAccountlocalsites.
  • Leveragepurchase historydataandreportsto create account targeting strategiesandpre-call planning.
  • Strategicallyconduct high-volumehigh-qualityoutbound calls and digital outreach to engage decision-makers.
  • Hunt for and qualify leads manage the sales pipeline and close dealsover a2to 5-monthsales cycleto meet or exceedvolume salesquota.
  • Cultivate relationships with customers toidentifyvaluepropositionandproduct application.
  • Deliver presentationsbased on quality needs analysis of customer.
  • Tailor conversations presentations and salesmaterial toindustrysectorwhileunderstandingcompetitive intelandoverallcustomerneeds.
  • Stay informed on products their practical application to machinery industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate withcounterpart account managers responsible for theHQrelationship with customer accounts.
  • Drive targeted productinitiativesacross key customers with priority forsales growthcrosssell and upsellandretentionin mind.
  • Maintainaccuraterecords of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
  • Generate regular reports on pipeline status forecast accuracy and account performance.
  • Provide communication and insights to the Sales Manager and Program Managerregardingactivities and trends across the portfolio.
  • Identifyand make recommendations for process development improvement and application in partnership with the OperationsManager.
  • Leverage independence in your workday to prioritize tasks projects and initiatives.
  • Work with stakeholders across customers and internal teams to assign product allocation prioritize shipments and create solutionsfor all involvedparties.

What Will You Need to Succeed

  • Previouslong-term salesexperiencesellingintoB2B or inFinishedLubricantsindustrya plus.
  • Strong understanding of how to cultivate long-term relationshipsthat lead to sales growth retention and customer excitement.
  • Experience working with a variety of personalities and customers in the Industrial space.
  • Ability to uncover and understand customer needs and recommend productsthatsolve painpoints andmeet their technical requirements.
  • Proficient in Excel OutlookSalesforceand other sales tools
  • Ability to read interpret andapply reporting to daily decisions (prospectingforecasting opportunities sales revenue etc.)
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Constantly strive to improve proactivelyseekingcoaching and guidance from peers and managers.
  • The desire and ability to learn on the fly think creatively andmaintainurgency.
  • An innovative mindsetalways willing to contribute creative solutions to problems as they arise.
  • Team player / collaborative operating style.

The hourly pay range for this position is between $28.85 and $31.25. This pay structure may also include a variable bonus component of $20000.00 annually. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to the roles responsibilities experience location education/training internal equity and key skills.
