Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

The Corporate Strategy Manager will play a hands-on cross-functional leadership role throughout the organization. This position will be responsible for enabling and supporting cross-functional teams while overseeing critical enterprise-wide projects including a significant leadership role in tariff mitigation planning. Given current business conditions RealTruck has a large and complex tariff strategy demanding dedicated support from the Corporate Strategy Senior Manager. This position requires an individual with consulting or corporate strategy experience to ensure deep familiarity with long-term strategic initiatives the capability to work cross-functionally and the ability to drive decision-making from ambiguous data sets.

This role will require exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage and execute complex cross-functional projects across various departments including finance procurement operations and commercial functions. The Senior Manager will be deeply involved in the day-to-day execution of these initiatives working closely with teams to ensure alignment and successful outcomes across all business functions.

CORE FUNCTIONS

1. Strategic Project Management (incl. Enterprise Tariff Planning):

Design and execute cross-functional strategic initiatives beginning with tariff mitigation planning but extending to M&A integration supply chain optimization business model innovation and other topics.

Evaluate global risk scenarios (e.g. geopolitical regulatory commercial operational) and model potential impact on cost structure and competitiveness.

Establish effective processes and data systems for functional leaders to track progress execute initiatives and make informed decisions on highly complex enterprise-wide topics.

Develop executive and board-ready deliverables that synthesize insights and recommendations into clear strategic actions.

2. Data Analysis and Financial Modeling:

Analyze large data sets from multiple sources and functions to identify trends performance drivers and business risks and opportunities.

Translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership and manageable data systems and processes for functional teams to operate effectively according to strategic direction.

Quantify strategic options and initiative impact through structured analysis and financial forecasting.

Partner with Finance and other functional teams to ensure consistent data sources and assumptions for strategic financial modeling.

3. Consulting and Advisory:

Frame ambiguous problems develop hypotheses and lead structured problem-solving sessions to guide leadership decision-making.

Provide strategic recommendations and insights on organizational growth operational efficiencies and market trends.

Leverage consulting expertise to navigate complex multi-disciplinary projects involving various business functions.

4. Stakeholder Management:

Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders ensuring clear communication and alignment on strategic initiatives.

Lead cross-functional working teams to drive execution of strategic initiatives from concept through implementation.

Regularly report project progress risks and outcomes to executive leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience

Bachelors degree in a business-related field is required Masters degree preferred.

7-9 years of related experience and management required; experience in automotive segment preferred.

Experience from top tier Management Consulting firm is preferred.

Travel

Occasional travel may be required; up to 30%. Highly varied and depending on project mix.

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Individual Contributor: working team member with no oversight of others and no management responsibilities.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position is subject to sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involved sitting most of the time. Walking and standing are required only occasionally.

Physical Activities

This position is subject to the following physical activities: reaching walking pushing lifting talking and hearing.

Visual Acuity

The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; expansive reading; visual inspection involving small defects small parts and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly of fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes.
