We are seeking a driven and customer-focused
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (m/w/d)
In this key role you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with healthcare providers hospitals and other key stakeholders in the Geneva area and surrounding regions. You will play a crucial part in promoting the companys pharmaceutical portfolio identifying growth opportunities and contributing to the companys commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts including hospitals clinics and healthcare professionals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Develop tailored solutions for clients based on their needs and the companys portfolio.
- Work closely with internal teams (Medical Affairs Marketing Regulatory) to deliver seamless client support.
- Negotiate agreements and manage the full sales process from initial contact to closure.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide regular reporting on market trends and competitor activity.
- Represent the company at professional events conferences and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or key account management.
- Strong network within the healthcare sector in Switzerland is a plus.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal negotiation and communication skills.
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilities.
- Fluent in French and English (both spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences Pharmacy Business or related field; further education is an asset.
