Site Leader
$31.05 per hour benefits
Sydney Airport Mascot NSW
- Site Leadership position!
- 300 Room Airport location
- Lead the Breakfast catering business for Compass Group
From executive dining and contemporary cafes through to barista offerings grab n go delis and onsite retail outlets - Eurest is the market leader in providing high quality food and service solutions for our airport lounge business and industry clients across Australia.
THE ROLE
- Stock management
- Taking deliveries checking temperatures
- Have or be willing to obtain food safety supervisor certificate
- Relay feedback from clients
- Ensuring safe food handling practices are adhered to
- Provide a warm professional friendly and welcoming style of service to customers and clients at all times
- Required 30 hours of morning availability per week
THE PERSON
- 3-5 years experience in managing a large hospitality venue
- Microsoft Office rostering ordering software experience a bonus
- Available mornings to cover 5 days per week
- HACCP Qualifications advantage
- Unit Manager or Supervisor experience advantage
- Excellent communication time management and organisational skills
- A genuine sense of hospitality with a commitment to delivering platinum service
- Discreet ethical and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
