Under new ownership the Club recently announced plans to build a $650M privately financed downtown stadium in Chicago in 2028. Position Overview:

Chicago Fire FC is seeking an accomplished and strategic Director Premium Sales to lead the vision execution and growth of the Clubs premium ticketing business. With ownership over a $3M revenue goal this leader will oversee a high-performing team of senior sellers drive suite and premium product strategy and help shape the premium experience for our most valued clients.

This role reports to the VP Ticket Sales Service & Operations and is based at our downtown Chicago office.

Job Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years of direct premium sales experience combined with 5 years in leadership roles within the sports entertainment luxury or hospitality industries
  • Proven track record of closing multi-year high-value premium and corporate hospitality deals
  • Demonstrated success building leading and scaling sales teams
  • Strong fluency in B2B strategy pricing negotiation and client relationship management
  • Familiarity with Ticketmaster/Archtics Salesforce
  • Passion for customer service creativity and operational rigor
  • A collaborative accountable results-driven leadership style
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours in non-traditional settings including all home games (or other work events) that fall on nights weekends and/or holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business Sports Management or related field
  • Spanish language fluency
  • Existing network and sales experience within the Chicagoland corporate market.
