About the Role:
Are you an AI trailblazer who thrives at the intersection of innovation business impact and people-first technology Were looking for a collaborative highly motivated Lead Artificial Intelligence to design and drive strategic AI initiatives across CAAT. This person will work on anything from workflow automation and intelligent chatbots to market intelligence and future-state AI innovation.
This is a unique opportunity to build something from the ground up influence enterprise-wide AI strategy and work closely with internal partners and external vendors to deliver smart ethical and scalable AI solutions.
As the Newest Member of our Team Youll:
- Lead AI Strategy and Execution: Partner with business and technology leaders to shape and implement a roadmap that aligns AI with strategic business objectives.
- Optimize Internal Workflows: Design and deploy AI-powered solutions to enhance operational efficiency and automate key business processes.
- Elevate Customer Experience: Spearhead the development of AI-driven customer service tools such as chatbots and virtual assistants.
- Enhance Market & Competitive Intelligence: Leverage AI models to gather analyze and deliver actionable insights that support decision-making.
- Expand Our AI Tech Stack: Build on our current technologies (e.g. Microsoft Copilot) and assess new models like LLMs or niche AI tools to meet evolving needs.
- Vendor & Consultant Collaboration: Manage third-party vendors and partners ensuring successful AI project delivery.
- Help Grow Our AI Team: After joining youll play a key role in hiring and mentoring new members of the team.
To Succeed You Bring:
- Masters degree in Computer Science AI ML or related field OR a Bachelors degree combined with equivalent in work experience.
- 5 years of progressive experience in AI data science or machine learning with a proven track record of AI implementation success.
- Strong technical knowledge of AI frameworks and programming tools (e.g. Python TensorFlow PyTorch).
- Experience delivering AI solutions for real-world business problems (e.g. process automation customer service analytics etc.).
- Adept at working with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive outcomes.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in fast-changing environments.
- Experience in pension or financial services is an asset but not required.
