SpeechCom Inc. is hiring a full-time Early Childhood Special Education Teacher with a Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction License for the 2025-26 school year.


Rate of Pay: $29 - $35 per hour W2 (depending on experience)

Hours: Full-Time


Details:

  • Caseload includes students ages 3-4 years of age.
  • Will work with other service providers.
  • Must have a Wisconsin DPI license or license pending.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
  • Meet the diverse learning styles and abilities of students
  • Develop individualized academic goals
  • Utilize learning technology and assistive devices to enhance student learning
  • Create a positive and inclusive environment for students
  • Use effective behavior management strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote positive social skills
  • Collaborate with other educators parents and support staff to ensure the success of each student
  • Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed

Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field Experience working with students with special needs in a classroom setting
  • Knowledge of learning disabilities developmental delays and other special education needs
  • Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies
  • Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development for diverse learners
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues parents and students
