What You Will Do*:
Hands-on maintenance of traffic flagging and safety-related training Make our system work better
Introduction to county routes and use of two-way radios
Pre-trip inspections equipment repair procedures cleaning and refueling equipment
Highway maintenance and repair work activities (e.g. patch potholes spread berm repair guardrails crack seal litter pick-up drainage vegetation management such as weed eating brush cutting and mowing)
Receive CDL preparation and introduction to and operation of heavy equipment (e.g. dump truck) and hand tools (e.g. chainsaw)
Introduction to winter readiness (e.g. spreader attachment plow blade replacement front end loader assessment)

Who we are looking for:
- Energetic and punctual
- Valid drivers license with a good driving record
- At least 18 years old OR 17 years old and graduated from high school
