Client Acquisition: Introduce new UHNWI clients to Guerlain by leveraging personal and professional networks within the luxury and high-society community.
Sales Facilitation: Facilitate private sales transactions ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for each client.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients providing exceptional service and personalized experiences to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Event Hosting: Plan and host exclusive private client events in collaboration with the marketing team to enhance client engagement and brand loyalty.
Travel: Aspect of travel involved within the Thailand market to engage and recruit new clientele ensuring a broad and diverse client base.
Reporting: To work with the Brand General Manager for Thailand providing regular updates on client acquisition sales performance and strategic initiatives.
Professional Experience:
Client Relationship Management: Proven track record in managing relationships with UHNWI understanding their unique needs and preferences.
Sales and Business Development: Demonstrated ability to drive sales and develop business strategies to attract and retain private clients.

Communication: Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal to effectively engage and build relationships with clients and partners.
Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements with clients and partners.
Cultural Sensitivity: Understanding of local culture and business practices in Thailand with the ability to navigate cultural nuances.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends client data and sales performance to inform strategic decisions.
Personal Attributes:
Network: A well-established network within the luxury market and high-society community in Thailand and beyond with a willingness to introduce contacts to Guerlain.
Professionalism: High level of professionalism and discretion especially when dealing with high-profile clients.
Customer-Centric: A client-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service and personalized experiences.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.

Education:
A degree in Business Administration Marketing Luxury Brand Management or a related field.
Proficiency in English and Thai is highly desirable.
