We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Manager (f/d/m) who loves a challenge and cant wait to grow CEEZER with exceptional talent.

YOUR MISSION
  • Own and drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle at CEEZER to hire exceptional talent from sourcing to signature.
  • Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand business priorities and role requirements and build effective hiring strategies.
  • Proactively build and maintain a robust top-tier talent pipeline to support our rapid growth and future hiring needs leveraging networking and headhunting.
  • Leverage data to develop metrics that will push our recruitment process to the next level.
  • Provide a stellar candidate experience that reflects CEEZERs values and turns applicants into ambassadors.
  • Stay ahead of hiring trends proactively introduce new tools channels and tactics to keep CEEZERs recruitment at the cutting edge.
  • Support and upskill hiring managers and interviewers to maintain consistency and high quality throughout our recruitment process.
  • Contribute to strategic projects such as employer branding candidate experience data-driven recruitment tool implementation and more.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
  • Over three years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment in high-growth companies with a strong focus on sales roles.
  • A deep understanding of the talent market and challenges of recruitment for a scaling startup.
  • Strong sourcing skills including headhunting and networking.
  • Excellent organizational skills strong attention to detail and the ability to switch context across multiple hiring pipelines.
  • Business-oriented mindset with a strong sense of commitment.
  • Quickly adaptable to changing priorities in an evolving business environment.
  • Perfect fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
  • A valid work permit for Germany.
