Job Description
Our Village at St. Clair located in Windsor Ontario has an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Full-Time ASSISTANT DIRECTOR of NURSING to join their LONG-TERM CARE village team.

To be successful as our new Assistant Director of Nursing Care you will:
- Hold a current registration as a Registered Nurses (RPN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Hold current Heart Save Level of CPR
- Have three (3) years of experience leading and directing department(s) in a healthcare setting
- Experience working with people living with Dementia and understand how to support individuals expressing Personal Expressions
- Display a caring and respectful attitude toward our residents families and team members
- Understand the physical mental and emotional demands of the Assistant Director of Nursing Care role
It would be an asset if our new Assistant Director of Nursing Care has:
- Knowledge of relevant policies procedures legislation and regulations applicable to the long-term care sector including the Long-Term Care Homes Act 2007 and Health & Safety
- Experience in Geriatric nursing
