- We engage with Authorised Apple Resellers to accelerate sales of Apples entire product and service ecosystem within their store environment. - You speak directly to our customers providing them with the right knowledge and value for them to make informed choices that best suits their needs. - You educate and empower store staff to stay knowledgeable on the latest Apple product and services portfolio deliver an extraordinary customer experience and build a team of Apple brand advocates. - Increasing sales and providing outstanding customer service while you deliver individual and group product demonstrations and help customers set up their new Apple products. - You strive for perfection ensuring Apples fixtures and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained according to Apples standards.
The role requires you to work at our partner stores from Wed to Sun; inclusive of both Saturdays and Sundays
Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience
