Job Description

Lets talk about this role

This is a 9-month fixed term contract as Claims Officer.

In this role you will be responsible for processing ancillary medical and hospital claims across multiple business lines ensuring accuracy and alignment with business rules. Youll also contribute to improving the member and provider experience by identifying process pain points and helping to design efficient end-to-end workflows. With a strong focus on automation digitalisation and resolving issues at the first point of contact youll help remove unnecessary steps and streamline how we deliver value to our members and providers.

With previous experience in customer service and administration you will bring to this role a passion and energy for delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will possess:

  • Confident navigating multiple systems and platforms to efficiently process claims.

  • High attention to detail.

  • A strong focus on providing a superior customer experience.

  • Motivated to deliver results and achieve targets.

  • Flexible and positive work approach and attitude.

  • Proactively seeks opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency.

This role offers flexibility to work from home with an initial training period of 4 weeks requiring attendance in the office 3 days per week to support learning and development.
