- Greet and assist customers at the front desk providing excellent service and information about swim programs.
- Conduct swim lessons for children of various ages and skill levels ensuring safety and enjoyment.
- Manage scheduling and registration for swim classes handling inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and swimming facilities.
- Monitor swim class progress and provide feedback to parents on their childs development.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and pool policies at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education in education or sports preferred.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification required or willing to get achieve it.
- Experience in swimming preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and Saturday mornings.
- Passion for teaching and working with children.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable punctual and a team player.
