Job Description
As a Barman you will be an ambassador for the exceptional service and flavors that are hallmarks of our Long Bar and lounge experience.
- To consistently provide thoughtful caring and sincere service
- To assist guests regarding all beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way
- To mix drinks and control the beverage stock as per guidelines
- To have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
- To have full knowledge of all menu items garnishes contents and preparation methods
- To follow outlet policies procedures and service standards
- To follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Previous bartending experience required
- Excellent knowledge of all beverage products
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Fluent in English and local language
