KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Completing individual tasks and assignments as delegated by the Project & Operations Manager ensuring they are delivered on schedule and to a high standard.
- Documentation and Reporting:
Maintaining accurate project documentation including progress reports meeting minutes and financial records. Assisting in the preparation of project updates and presentations for stakeholders.
Providing administrative assistance to the Project & Operations Manager such as scheduling meetings managing project calendars and organizing project files.
Acting as a point of contact for internal team members and external stakeholders for project-related inquiries. Facilitating effective communication within the project team to ensure everyone is aligned.
Collecting organizing and analyzing project data to help monitor progress and identify potential issues.
Assisting in quality assurance activities such as testing deliverables and ensuring they meet the projects specified requirements.
- Risk and Issue Identification:
Identifying potential risks or issues that could impact the project and escalating them to the Project Manager for resolution.

- Assist Project Implementation
- Provide administrative and logistical support for school projects such as building renovations and upgrade new program rollouts or special events.
- Monitor project plans timelines and deliverables to ensure they stay on track.
- Research & Analysis
- Conduct basic research to support project development prepare project briefs
- Develop summary of research results
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project files update records
- Prepare regular reports on project status and progress
- Manage required legal and finance documents as per Company Policy
- Stakeholder Communication
- Communicate with relevant internal and external parties to provide updates and coordinate activities
- OPERATIONAL & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
- Facilities & Maintenance
- Assist management of school facilities including coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and improvement
- Support compliance with health and safety regulations
- Financial & Procurement
- Support financial processes such as monitoring budgets processing payments and invoices
- Support procurement processes to ensure school gets value for money and comply with Company Policy & target
- General Information
Provide high-level administrative support which include coordinating meetins preparing correspondence and minutes and managing school-wide communications
- Compliance & Safety
Ensure School adheres to statutory requirements and internal policies including data protection safeguarding and health and safety
