Job Description
The Mitigation Platform at Wise is dedicated to enhancing the scalability efficiency and quality of Wise Operations. Our mission is to:
- Develop a robust framework for generating and distributing work across all operations ensuring tasks are assigned to the right person at the right time.
- Create tools and frameworks that empower teams to design their specific workflows accelerating time to market and offering customizable complexity.
- Establish a comprehensive reference for a 360-degree view of customer data enabling our operations to swiftly identify and address issues.
Our squad consists of approximately 30 skilled professionals organized into three cross-functional teams all focused on reducing handling time increasing automation and minimizing friction through innovative technology.
As the Product Manager of the Servicing Tooling Platform you will lead a dynamic and cross-functional team dedicated to improving and standardizing our operational workflows
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Servicing Tooling platform in initiatives aimed improving our servicing
- Collaborate closely with Design Analytics Data Science Operations and Compliance teams to integrate improvements across the product lifecycle.
- Oversee the execution of key projects including decreasing friction for customers automating reviews and assisting analysts making the right decisions in reviews.
- Provide strategic direction while being hands-on in project leadership and execution.

- Being a key connection between global and regional product teams and operational teams. Interacting with almost all product teams at Wise gaining a deep understanding of all of our products.
Qualifications :
- Youve built products at scale Youve worked on a product with thousands or even millions of customers. Youre able to navigate the product and organisational complexity of a product at scale.
- You have leadership experience Youve led product teams before and have experience hiring and growing the team. You have hired product managers of different seniority levels (IC and Lead level) and successfully onboarded them.
- Youre hands on You thrive as a player-coach. You are able to operate at many levels of detail flipping between executing as an individual contributor and leading a wider team. You have a superpower as an individual contributor whether its going deep on data analysis design regulations or engineering.
- Youre data-driven You are able to self-serve with data and use it to both identify opportunities and measure your impact. You can get the entire company behind you by telling stories with data.
- You have fresh ideas - You dont accept the status quo but are interested in solving problems in novel ways. You are able to communicate the impact of those ideas and formulate plans to implement them
