Job Summary

1. Development of AI solutions across different use cases from traditional ML models to GenAI-powered applicationsdriving value through automation prediction and intelligent interfaces
2. Management release of AI products

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain machine learning models for classification regression or clustering tasks.
2. Support GenAI or LLM-related projects (e.g. prompt engineering document Q&A RAG pipelines).
3. Collaborate with product and data teams to understand business needs and design AI solutions.
4. Prepare datasets train models and evaluate performance using best practices.
5. Deploy AI models via APIs cloud platforms or internal systems.
6. Lead digital transformation CIP projects in department
7. Maintain running big data/ AI products and solutions
8. Process owner of AI release
9. Other tasks assigned by the manager.
10. Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Qualifications :

Requirements

1. 12 years of experience in machine learning NLP or AI application development.
2. Proficient in Python and familiar with ML frameworks (e.g. scikit-learn PyTorch TensorFlow).
3. Exposure to LLM frameworks (e.g. Hugging Face Transformers LangChain) is a plus.
4. Experience deploying models or services (e.g. with Docker FastAPI or cloud tools).
5. English skill in written and oral
