What is the opportunity
The purpose of this role is to provide quality client service and help deepen relationships with existing clients through ongoing efficient support to both clients and advisory teams.
What will you do
Assists with upholding the advisory teams business plan client service plan and review schedule
Update client info in the teams contact management system. Maintain a record of client details interactions meeting notes and identified opportunities for follow up
Coordinate meetings and events for Advisors with clients and prospects - help establish meeting agenda; assemble documents key notes and discussion points for advisory team; execute post meeting work or ensure it is delegated to the appropriate person
Participate in client meetings as directed by the advisory team
Provide proactive client service with a focus on problem resolution and attention to details. Liaise with various departments for execution where necessary
Assist the Advisory team with client onboarding
What do you need to succeed
Must haves:
2 years of relevant administrative experience
Financial industry experience and knowledge of financial products
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Nice-to-have:
Successful completion of the Canadian Securities course
Proficiency in Salesforce and other firm technology
