- Assist passengers primarily via chat and occasionally via phone
- Manage flight bookings changes and cancellations
- Provide information on flight schedules pricing and services
- Handle customer queries with empathy and professionalism
- Use ticketing systems and internal tools effectively
Qualifications :
- Fluent English (B2 level or higher)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience with airline reservation software is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and customer care orientation
- Ability to work remotely and independently
- Flexibility to work on day/late/night shifts
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic multicultural environment
