Job Description

  • Assist passengers primarily via chat and occasionally via phone
  • Manage flight bookings changes and cancellations
  • Provide information on flight schedules pricing and services
  • Handle customer queries with empathy and professionalism
  • Use ticketing systems and internal tools effectively

Qualifications :

  • Fluent English (B2 level or higher)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience with airline reservation software is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and customer care orientation
  • Ability to work remotely and independently
  • Flexibility to work on day/late/night shifts
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic multicultural environment
